Power Automate - Export To File for Power BI - Problem with visual
- 1 year ago
Hi MatheusLPS ,
Thank you for sharing the details of your issue.
The behavior you’re seeing happens because bookmarks in Power BI save the entire page state, including all visible visuals and slicers. Unfortunately, when exporting via Power Automate, hidden visuals in bookmarks sometimes still appear in the output PDF.
As mentioned by GilbertQ , recommended workaround is to create a dedicated report page that contains only the visual you want to export, and then configure the export action to use that specific page instead of relying on bookmarks. This method tends to produce cleaner exports with only the desired visuals included.
Hope this helps. Please reach out for further assistance.
