I've had a report sent via email utilizing Power Automate for some time. I just recently switched to a shared semantic model and updated the report, now it is still generating a PDF but the report throws an error. I ran into the same error with general access to the reports through our Power BI app and resolved that by adding RLS and security directly to the shared semantic model. I'm using credentials in Power Automate that have those same rights already, I have also tried adding distinct RLS to this flow and still getting this error. I am able to load the report in the Service and the App without an issue using the same credentials. Any suggestions?

Hi @kp_wood13,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
This issue is most likely cause by the user not having the required permissions for the dataset and the report, as you have mentioned you are using the same credentials for Service and it is working there, I can only suggest to re check the credentials in power automate and then

Hi @kp_wood13
As far as I know, this could be related to the row level security. Another option might be to use the export report API in order to pass through different user credentials in order to satisfy the row level security requirement.
