Power App update table visual automatically

So, as soon as I press add name in power app the name it pops up in the table above.Not by itself. You also need APR.
Now - your business scenario doesn't sound like it absolutely requires real time updates. You might have a much easier process if you would use regular import mode and occasional refreshes.
What is APR?
Also, the business needs a realtime update. I have already had made a solution which required refreshing of data.
