Power App licensing

Hi,   i have a customer with about 150 Power BI Pro licenses. I want to create an App with Power App to allow to every user to write back some data on SQL Server On Prem and embed it in a Power BI...

    They can reuse the Power BI Gateway, but they will still need Power Apps Premium licensing to use the SQL connector. So yes, any user who uses the app will need either a Power Apps Premium license or a Power Apps per user license. The per user license is less expensive but only covers one app per user.

But not Power Apps Premium, which is required by the on-premises SQL Server connector, right?

Better check with your client. The connector is the Power BI Gateway which is already installed I suppose. I don't think you need Premium for that.
