Postgresql dataset refresh issue from Powerbi Service

Hi,

I am able to connect Postgresql databse form powerbi Desktop and same dataset was used for visuals.

Report was pulblised with Powerautomate button which will refresh datasets of the report which end user will trigger.

After publishing i learnt that data sets are not refreshing.. any suggestions and process to resolve this issue

What is the specific error message reported, check in History and provide the content of this screenshot.
