PostgreSQL Data refresh from Powerbi Service

Hi, 

Following is the error and not able to refresh datasets from Powerbi Services,  Powerbi Desktop able to connect and refresh, 

Is gateway complusory for this datasets to be refreshed, Please help in this regards,

Which connector are you using, ODBC connector or PostgreSql connector?

You can  check if the solutions in these related threads are useful.
