Possible to do cumulative data instead of pushing the same records every night?

Hi, brand new to Power BI.  Right now I have a gateway setup to update nightly.  Currently my query in BI Desktop basically gets all records from the last month.  I'm wondering if there is some way to only retrieve the records since the last time it "synced" and just update the data in Power BI.

Sorry if this doesn't make sense.  Any help/advice is appreciated.

In Power BI Service, it will always refresh all records from the data source. It is just like a full refresh.
