Pop-Ups Not Visible on MAQ Weekly Calendar View

Hi there.

Our organization currently uses the MAQ software in Power BI to visualize all of our jobs we go to as a surveying company. Most of us prefer to use the weekly view, as shown below:

Until the last few weeks, we were able to hover over each one of these specific blobs to get the rest of the information we have in here (including addresses and the like), however we haven't been able to do this. If we hover over any of these blobs currently, nothing happens. 

Also worth nothing that this same Power BI MAQ weekly view works for a co-worker working from home, which we find puzzling. 

Hopefully somebody has an idea what is going on here.
