    Salesforce is case sensitive, Power BI is not.  You need to identify and include the Case Safe IDs  in your Salesforce objects before you can use them directly for data modeling. There is a way to compute Case Safe IDs in Power Query, but (obviously) not in Power BI DAX.

Are the field "Case Safe IDs" available from the SalesForce Object API connector?

With this field could be my dim key for master code?

    That depends on your company's configuration of the permissions for the object attributes. Talk to your SFDC admin.
