Play Axis animation not animated in online version

Hello,

I'm looking for a resolution to an issue I'm having with the play axis visual.

I've configured the animation to work correctly in the desktop version; it is an animated line graph.

I uploaded the file to our workspace and then published the report in our app workspace.

When I click the animate button while in the app, the line does not animate.

I can see the refresh icon on the visual spinning during when the play animation button but that's it.

I would appreciate some help.
