Pivot table from Power BI data in Excel 2013

We have been using our Power BI data sets in Excel with the "From Power BI" option when creating a pivot table. This works great for users who have Office 365, but we have some users who have Excel 2013 (for compatibility reasons with some other software we use). We are not seeing the option to pull in Power BI data in Excel 2013. According to this article, the prereq for this feature is Excel 2010 SP1, so it should work in Excel 2013. Has anybody run into this issue when trying to access Power BI data in Excel 2013?

Thanks,

Matt

Hi @mmcanelly

What I would say is if you can rather to get them to use Excel in the Web where they can connect to the Power BI datasets?

Here are more details: Start in Power BI with Analyze in Excel - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Thanks @GilbertQ. I'll try this approach with Analyze in Excel for now.
