Pinned visual is automatically shrinking after a subscription run

I have a pretty long visual. when placed on a dashboard I can drag the edges and make the full visual visible on the dashboard. And there is another pinned visual below. Refere below image.

But when i send a subscription email, the email i get is cutting off the bottom part and my visual on the dashboard too shrinks itself. refer below image for dashboard

this is how the email i receive looks
