Pinned table with push dataset
If I create a report with a table visualization based on a push data (not streaming) set and then pin only this table to a dashboard, will the dashboard update automatcially when new data is pushed? ...
From my experience you can connect to the dataset from Power BI Desktop but it will be a live connection - with all the limitiations that come with that.
Dashboard tiles will update automatically when new data is pushed in. Reports will not - they require user interaction, or you need to set up automatic page refresh
