Pin visual option not working

I am using the ’pin visual’ option…

I click in a report to pin it back to a dashboard (Landing page).

When I set it up, it works like a charm

The problem is then; that in the report the date updates!!! Whereas the Tile in the landing page does not…Why is it so?

Have you tried the Refresh visual button?

Yes, that works. But my goal is for users to see the latest one, without hiting refresh.

According to this, the end user should have the most recent refresh of the visuals when they open the dashboard page. Or if the page is open a refresh of the page is needed
