Pin to dashboard problem

Hey folks,

I have a dashboard with visuals from different reports, but for some reason, there is a report that I'm unable to pin it's visuals to the existing dashboard. 

I'm the admin from all workspaces and the owner of the reports, so I'm not sure why I can't pin the visual. It's greyed out as you can see below. Whould you know how to help me, please?

What happens if you have to log out and log back in, does that help?

I did try that, but discorvered that the issues was because the reports were not published in the same workspace. I have saved a copy of the report I need to pin the visuals in the same worksace as the dashboard it worked.
