hi everyone.
I'm using power bi for an half a year and I have been able to pin my tiles of many reports to my dashboards. However, today I created a report, as usual, on Pbi desktop and Shared to service. I don't know why but only in this single report I can't see the bar of every tiles. I can't zoom in the tile or pin it to a dashboard because the bar with these icons don't shows.
Anyone knows why?
Thank you a lot.
Did you try re-publish this report? Any exception did you see?
Hi Jessica,
Yes, several times but with the same result. 😞
I think the only diference between this report and other is this one has 15 pages with about 10 visuals each.
another insight... I republished a copy of the same report but I deleted all pages except one. The result was the same. No bar.
Please, anyone with any others ideas?
Thanks.

I have made a test with your scenario, everything works as expected.
Note : You can't pin tiles from reports that have been shared with you or from Power BI Desktop.
TIP: Some visualizations use background images. Pinning may not work if the background image is too large. Try reducing the image size or using image compression.
In addition, Please update to the latest version of Power BI Desktop try to republish the report. If you still have this issue, Please check if you have ticked the Hide the visual header in the reading view.
By the way, what data source do you connect?
Best Regards,
Cherry
