A user in my organisation has reported that they used to be able to pin their "most used workspaces" to the top of the workspace list. She showed me this feature via a Teams meeting, but I found I did not have it available and now she does not have it available either. She believes this is connected to her Premium Per User license trial ending.
This feature is described by Microsoft here.
I do not expect this to be anything to do with PPU. We have Power BI Premium Capacities and PPU is not intended to deliver additional capability above that for specific users.
I think this is a Microsoft bug.
We have tried this across different browsers with no success.
It's a small thing, but quite a few users heard about this pin feature and would like to leverage it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This is absolutely true - we are trying to make sure that only apps are used for consumption.
This is not the issue though. My colleague is a developer and wants to pin the workspaces that she works in the most to the top of the list.
I found out what the issue is. This is a feature in development in the service which is being assessed and my colleague was randomly selected to be part of A/B testing. This test is complete, so she has now no longer got this feature.
Thanks!

We have Power BI Premium Capacities
In that case she should not have access to workspaces. She should only have access to Apps. Workspaces are reserved for developers and UAT testers.
