Pin Visual Not working in my app

Please guys I need your help. I pinned a visual from a report to my dashboard (landing page of my app) and it worked a couple months back. I just added a new report in my app and wanted to pin an image to the landing page so that it links to the report like I have always done.

Somhow, when I publish my app, that new tile doesnt show up. I have done this same steps 7 times and it worked and somehow it stopped working now. I saw online some people have the same problem but with unable to get the pinned tileon the new dashboard but mine does show in the service, but when I update it in the app, doesnt show up. 

anyone with similar problem to help? Thanks!
