Photos not displaying in Power BI App in Teams

I have photos in a thumbnail view in a matrix visual as images URLs (public urls). I am able to see the photos in the app in my browser but not in my app when viewed within Microsoft Teams.

I think the issue is it's not really a public URL afterall. It's being generated from our Zoho CRM. I'll try another route instead!

I tried to reproduce your issue but it worked will in my environment.

Could you provide your public url?

And the i will test in my enviroment.

The image url is sometimes broken for security reasons in power bi.

As a workaround, you can download the images to local and republish.
