Personalized Visuals

How CLS and RLS will work in Personalize the visualization editor. Since user will have visibality to all the fields available in the table or views and they can use all the fields for customizing there visuals.

Hi @Harishrbk ,

Please check the below link for implementing cls & rls.

Thanks

Pallavi

Hi Pallavi, Thank you for your reply. Yes I have gone through links which you have shared. In my power BI report I have already implemented RLS and CLS its working fine. But I want to know when we enable Personallize visuals options end users can edit visuals as per there requirements and while eiditing they can also see data source and all the field information. So Just want to know after enabling personalized visual option will they have visibality to only limited data which they suppose to have or they can see raw data. Since they have visibility to all the fields and source information I am confused how CLS and RLS will work when we enable personalize visuals option.

Hi @Harishrbk

In this case, you may need to use Perspectives. it is not normally used as a security measure, but all of Perspectives' security is inherited from the base model.

Hope it helps!
