Personalize Visual not displaying after Publishing

Hi,

I have recently published a report where one of the pages has a visual with the 'Personalise this Visual' turned on (in desktop), however, when I have published this to a Workspace, the visual does not have this option:

Does anyone know if there is a setting somewhere in the Service that needs to be switched on?
