Personalize Visual Pane Not Displaying All Columns

Many users have recently noticed that the Personalize Visual pane in Power BI is no longer showing all available columns. If none of these help, check whether you have any Preview Features enabled in Power BI Desktop. Some of these features can affect the UI. Try turning them off, restarting Power BI, and seeing if the pane behaves normally again.
