Personalize Report Bookmark
Hi pbiuser772,
Thank you GilbertQ, cengizhanarslan fro your insights.
Report bookmarks capture the report’s state, such as filters and slicers, but they don’t save structural changes like adding or moving columns. Changes to columns are managed through Personalize Visual and can only be saved with personal bookmarks, which are unique to each user. If you want multiple table layouts without duplicating visuals, you can use Field Parameters to control columns dynamically with a slicer, and you may use bookmarks to save your selections.

Thank you.
Report Bookmarks do not capture column-level changes. Adding, removing, or reordering columns in a table visual is not part of what a bookmark saves. Bookmarks capture filters, slicer states, visual visibility, sort order, and spotlight. Column composition is not in scope.
