Hello,
For the past two days, users have noticed that the Personalize feature for reports isn't working correctly. Usually when personalizing, there's a plus sign to add in fields and lately, that's whats disappearing. As you can see, users are still able to access the Personalize feature. Settings in the report appear to be correct, and it doesn't seem like there's predictable conditions that cause it to not work. Anyone else running into this? Second image is the 'broken' view.

I have tried this on 2 different Power BI tenants and reports and it is working as expected for me.
If you could try clear the browser cache and log out and log back into the Power BI Service?
Just like to say, our enterprise is seeing this problem quite often as well. Clearing the Cache, etc, does resolve the issue temporarily, but it inevetably reoocurs, and is causing much frustration with our user base.

Ok- I am having same problem and I have updated everything, cleared my cache, not sure what else to do. I tried a different browser and it worked once and then stopped showing the fields.
Thanks @GilbertQ! Still not sure why this is happening, but clearing the browser cache seems to work so far.
