Personalization option not visible in custom visual

All the option usally visible (personalized visual , filters , Sort ....) in the visuals are no more visible in custom visuals

    Hi beppe_62 ,

     

    Please check if the Visual header is turned off in this visual format? Is the option "Hide the visual header in reading view" selected in Service's report settings or Desktop's report settings? These actions will cause the visual header to be invisible.

     

      

     

    If the problem is still not resolved, please provide detailed error information or the expected result you expect. Let me know immediately, looking forward to your reply.
