Personal gateway on multiple datasets

I have a workspace
In that workspace there are 2 different datasets. Since these datasets use cube connections and I dont have admin rights for that cube I can not set up a on premises gateway so I have to use personal mode gateway.
1st dataset all is fine, personal gateway running and working fine.
2nd dataset under gateway options it doesn't show me the personal gateway.
Note that these 2 datasets acctually uses the same connections ( same cube )
1st dataset is on import mode, second is live connection.
Is there no way to add a gateway to a live connection?
EDIT: Okay I understand now personal gateway doesn't work on a live connection. There is also no way I can get admin rights to the cube to be able to use on premises gateway. So am I really out of options now and am forced to use import mode?
Which means I'm also forced to upgrade from PRO to PREMIUM since in import mode these datasets could get out of hand pretty quickly.

Hi. Moving to premium won't solve anything. You still have to configure an enterprise or standard on premise data gateway with an AD account for the SSAS if you want the live connection.

With premium I could just import and be done with it but that's not an ideal choice for us.
So I know I will not get admin rights for the SSAS which means there is no way I can get a gateway working for that.
Unless I could somehow just copy the SSAS cube and move it to our own servers where I can have admin rights and make a gateway there, otherwise im out of options or does anyone have any ideas?
Problem is we need that data from that cube, we don't have enough dataset space for import and I don't know exactly from where in DW that data is being pulled from in that cube. Maybe is there a way I could analyse the cube with read only access? To see its relationships in DW and maybe make direct query from DW.
