Personal gateway not working.

Hi arvindyadav,

 

Is your previous account a Windows account?

 

Did you get error in personal gateway configuration tool or in service site? Could you please post a screenshot here?

Yes my previous account is windows account.

      Hi arvindyadav,

       

      From the document "If you’re logged in to Windows with an account with Administrator permissions, you’ll be asked to enter your Windows account credentials. You can specify a different Windows account, but remember the permissions determine how the gateway is run." In your scenario, did you log into Windows with admini account or user account? Please log in with admin for a test.

        Hi v-yulgu-msft,

         

        I have logged in administrator only for refreshing my data . It is refreshing my data but why it is not working from my account.
