Personal Workspace occupied capacity

Hi,   Which capacity does my Personal Workspace occupies if I'm a Free user or a Pro user? If it is my organization's, then as an admin where can I see how much capacity occupied by the personal wo...

    There are two 2 types of workspace, Personal Workspace(my workspace), and Shared Workspace(app workspace), Free user only has my workspace, where pro users can use both my workspace and app workspace. However, updating to premium workspace will not change the 10GB limitation for my workspace.
