When we try to add some measure in the report, the first time skip without any result, the second time succeed. Basically what happens is that when you try to add or change a field to personalize the matrix, the first time that you click on the new variable it does not work (it automatically scrolls up to the top of the list) and it is at the second time that you click to the variable that it works.

I am having the same issue with my differernt reports connected to differet models. First time selecting the column or measure it jumps back to the top of the list and then user is able to go select it again and that column/measure gets added to the visual.
Hi @Anonymous thank you for reply.
If you enable personalizations to this matrix that you have created, and publish it in the Power BI Services, when you try to use it there, you will be able to see the issue.
The problem happens when you try to use this screen.

Hi, @Silviaolivio
When I put the measurement values into the matrix, the correct content is displayed normally:
Can you republish your report or try to see if the current problem continues on a simple dataset.
If you can share a simple sample PBIX file that contains the current error and does not contain privacy, it will help you further understand the cause of the current problem.
