Personal Gateway

My personal BI gateway is not refreshing (new setup). the service is running on my pc and says connected. credentials on all data sources have been approved. I am not getting any email regarding failed refresh attempts, although this has been set. thank you

I was having this issue last week. It has been resolved by the PowerBI team. Have you tried a refresh since Friday?

What is  the data source in your case? The PG team has confirmed that there's a refresh issue. Check please fix the following issue with Power BI. And I think they're working on fixxing it.
