Personal Gateway installation Failed

HI All,   I tried to install personal gateway, it discontinued after launch step. when I try intalling again it thrown me a window saying 'its already installed and need to uninstall the current ...

    Uninstall through the control panel with add or remove programs dialog. Remove through there then reboot the system. Redownload the gateway from the service. Do a clean, fresh installation and run the wizard again. I have had issues in the past with this.

    Thank you for the comments. I was having the same issues with the personal gateway launching.  After a restart, it did not work, but I was able to navigate to the root folder and launch the config file from there.
