Personal Data Gateway is offline
My personal data gateway is offline. I have tried a couple of time to reinstall the gateway but it has remained offline. What I see in Settings / Dataset in the Gateway Connection section is: "Your d...
I would initially suspect that some firewall rules somewhere on the network are blocking your personal gateway from talking to the Power BI Service.
I would check Firewalls first, then make sure that the Personal Gateway is actually logged in.
It has an icon in the notification area by the clock to access and it needs to be logged in.
