Personal Bookmark not working lately
I have 2 bookmarks saved. One for a particular business, Second for another business. if i click on one, the page does not refresh with those bookmark parameters. it remains on the last bookmark i used.

bookmarks are only under my id, this particular (MS) site bookmarks are on a particular tab. on that tab i had 2 bookmarks, 1 for each Line of Business field choice. let me know if you need anything else.

Do you have a (hidden) slicer on the bookmark page that is in sync with the slicer on the main page? Or, how you are passing the slicer information to the bookmark? You have to set the bookmark with the exact settings you want OR you have to have the hidden slicer that stays in sync. This article may be helpful:

as I am a user, i do not have any configuration except for my bookmarks which are of columns added than the default table. i have raised this issue to support teams, they are reviewing so i will close this requst out here. thank anyway
hello, I do not know the answer as I am not the owner of site and I have escalated to Internal support teams, which they are still investigating. We can close this issue out from this site. Thank you for trying to help.
