Persistent filters stopped working

Hello,   My users noticed that their reports are not remembering the filters they've applied.  Once they close the report, it will set their filters back to the default.      I tried for myself, ...

Have you gone into the Report Settings and made sure that the setting below is disabled?

Hi Gilbert,

 

Yes, I have checked that and the setting is disabled so I am unsure of why it is not working.

    I would check with the report author to see if it is disabled in their Power BI desktop version?

      I checked, on the report file, the option to "Don't allow end user to save filters on the this file in the Power BI service"  is unchecked, which is what we want I believe.   

       

      I will republish the report and see if it helps.

        Hey - did you have any luck?
        I've noticed it works fine in the Workspace but not in the App
