Persistent bubble when power BI reports on another tab - bug?

Noticed that there is an almost constant message bubble "Applies to all visuals in all pages in this report" when a power BI report is open, even if it is on another tab and sometimes even when browser is minimized. As I type this, the bubble is displayed (will post a screenshot). I am using Chrome browser on Windows 10.

    sanimesa,

     

    We cannot reproduce this issue. Based on my understanding, this issue could related to OS, could you please restart your computer and then test if this issue persists or not?

      I will observe more and let you know. It appeared to happen only on my laptop, so far the desktop has not shown the behavior.
