Persistent Filters is NOT WORKING since the latest update

Hello,

My users noticed that their reports are not remembering the filters they've applied.  Once they close the report, it will set their filters back to the default.   

I tried for myself, on Edge and Chrome, and it does not work for me as well. I tried in on a report in a workspace, and a report from a published app. The Reset button shows "You're viewing the author's default view of this profile" even when persistent filters has been enabled.

The option to "Don't allow end user to save filters on this report." is NOT checked.  We want to have persistent filters.   I do believe this has worked previously, so not sure what has changed.     

Has anyone else experienced this?  Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
