Permissions for usage metrics access

Hi all,

We are trying to grant some users permission to view the usage metrics. This can be usually accessed by clicking on the 3 dots on top of the report (see pic below). Users cannot currently even see the "Open usage metrics option"; when clicking on the 3 dots, they only see the top one: "See related content". Any idea how to solve this?

Thanks for your answer.

I do not see that option in the admin portal. Probably i do not have the permissions to change that myself.

In any case, I can see the usage metrics but other users cannot. Your pic above reads Usage metrics for content creators. Can it be that those other users have to be content creators to have access to that feature?

Hey @AlB ,

maybe you have to check these settings in the Tenant settings of the Admin Portal

Hopefully, this provides what you are looking for.
