Permissions for Dataset/Semantic Model Without Permissions to Workspace
Hello. I currently have a workspace with several reports, datasets/semantic models. Everything within this workspace is related and works well. Recently, another team began reporting on a related item and one of our datasets/semantic models has the exact data they need for their reporting. My question is, am I able to give them access to this dataset/semantic model (or a dataflow) without giving access to anything else within the workspace? Or do I need to create an entirely new workspace, put the dataset/semantic model in there, and give them access to that workspace? Thanks in advance!
Thanks, I had looked through this, but wasn't seeing those options. After looking at some of my other workspaces, I realized someone must've removed my admin access from this workspace. I requested that back and now see the options. Thanks again.

Hi EH_MW ,
Yes, you can give access to individual items within a workspace- you do not need to give them access to other objects in the workspace or the entire workspace. Here is more information on how to do it:

Hi EH_MW ,
Thanks for the update. With admin access restored, you can now set dataset permissions in the Manage permissions pane.
