Permission required - personal workspace

Thanks, arvindsingh802 and v-kkf-msft . Because it was a personal workspace from another user, I could not restore the workspace or access the report to download the .pbix file.
With help from Microsoft support, I was able to rebind the dataset in the report to another source.

then edit the source in Power BI Desktop.
