Permission Issue

Hi,   I've come across a bit of a weird issue.  I have a user who is a workspace admin: But when I add a new report despite being listed as an Admin they have to request access to the report...

Hi, Anonymous 

 

If the user does not have access to the dataset underlying the report you created, then the user cannot access your new report, even though he is the administrator of the workspace but that does not mean he can see all the contents of the workspace.

For example, if you have a dataset that he does not have access to, and you use your dataset to create a new report in your shared workspace, that report will not be accessible to that user, even though he is the workspace administrator.
