Performance issues for one person only

Hi!

I've published a report on Power BI Premium that is connect to a Power BI Dataset on the same premium capacity (and app). The dataset itself is < 1GB. When I open the published report on powerbi.com (and I'm on a VM on corporate network) it is quite fast. I have one user who when they open the published report on powerbi.com it is very slow. They are using Chrome. Same experience at home on VPN and in the office. Anyone have any ideas on what to look for to try and fix this?

Thanks!

Respectfully,
Zoe Douglas (DataZoe)

I think they make little blue pills for that...

Seriously though, can they log on to the same VM on the corporate network and try it? Only things I can think of would be their local hardware and connectivity. Having them using a corporate VM would at least eliminate their account as a source of problems. Maybe eliminate network potentially. Then it would just come down to local hardware.
