Performance issues West Europe
We have about 20 users who are struggling with very slow report/filter refreshes. Our data is hosted in the Netherlands. Please help? Reports load slowly, filter changes refresh slowly. We haven't had this problem before... We are still on the trial period and this doesn't look good for the service.

For performance issues, It's hard to say.
There may be many reasons for it: the data source, data model, server, network and also performance of machine, etc.
In my side, it works well.
So the best way is optimize these, I'm not on West Europe, if you still have the problem, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help. :smileyhappy:
