Hi,
I face this problem before.. Most probably is due to myworkspace(shared capacity) not able to handle the report data size.
There is limitation using shared capacity
I will suggest to try below
- Try to use import method over live connection
- Reduce data size by filter out unwanted data and remove all unused column or try this best pratices.
- If above is not option for you, upgrade workspace to premium capacity

Thank you for the quick reply.
We are using the Azure Blob to import the data, so can't use a live connection.
and thank you for the third solution for Upgrading Workspace, we will work on it.
