Usually we should see alerts that identify the potential issue and suggest a fix on dashboard performance inspector. However, there seems no suggested fix for network latency issue currently. And I haven't found any documentation can help us to proceed it. So I would suggest you create a support ticket on Power BI Support page for better assistance. :smileyhappy:
