Pdf import error in powerbi service

Hi,

Today I am facing the issue with pdf ingestion import error in pbi service. When I try to refresh the dataset in desktop file, the refresh works absolutely fine, only when I publish it to service I am having this failure.

Additional details: I am importing multiple pdf files from SharePoint folder, with only one table from each file is to be imported.

    Hi sarava8304 ,

     

    You may not have configured the gateway.

    When you publish the report containing PDF data source to Power BI service, you need to configure the gateway to refresh.

      Thanks for your kind response.

      In this case , by pdf files are located in sharepoint folder (with O365 account)

      Also, this refresh was perfectly working for last 2 months (till 11th of Oct'20), but suddenly on Monday morning i received refresh failure notification.

      Could you please check and advise on the same.
