Pb to publish report with Oracle direct query connection

Hello to all,

I have created a report using Power BI Desktop and a direct query to an on premise oracle database.
When I tried to publish it, I saw that I needed to install a gateway.
So I installed "On-premises data gateway (personal mode)".
The gateway is installed and seems to be configured correctly (see attached screenshot) :

When I try to access my report via the web, I get the following error message:

Unable to load the template

Unable to load the template schema associated with this report. Check the connection to the server, then try again.
Try again later or contact support. If you contact support, provide this information.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi. Power Bi Onpremise Data Gateway in personal mode is not compatible with direct query. You need to install the standard one. You can check the differences in this doc:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-gateway-personal-mode#on-premises-dat...

I hope that helps,

Hello,

Thank you all for your feedback.
Finally, I learned that there was a gateway already installed on a server in the company. My problem was solved by using this gateway.

Have a nice day
