I can't find the service center for payment

It is the reason why i make the message here. I think it is similar Q&A

Can i pay  Power BI Premium fee for 1 a year at once?

I can't find the method to pay it at once. 

Is the only way to pay monthly?

According to my research and query on Power BI Premium Capacity, the capacity of the P1-P5 SKU is a monthly or annual subscription and is billed monthly, and the capacity of the EM1-EM3 SKU is an annual subscription and is paid monthly, so Power BI Premium capacity does not support annual payment:

Can i pay  Power BI Premium Per User or Pro fee for 1 a year at once? not monthly
