How often should we change passwords in a microsoft account?
Do we have ways to control or manage it?

Hi @nsight

It depend on your needs. If you feel the account has security risk, then you can change account password.

For Power BI accounts, you can contact your Office admin to manage the account. You can also contact the Power BI support to change it. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-admin-forgot-your-password
