Partially Online - gateway cluster is reachable but not all members are online

Partially Online - The test connection was partially successful because the gateway cluster is reachable but not all members are online. Open the gateway cluster details panel to determine which gateway member(s) are unreachable. Received error payload from gateway service with ID : Error when verify signature connection the target data source.

Hi @GiridharSaiCh ,

I check the gateway status in my Power BI Service Portal, it works well.

To resolve this issue, please try the following ways:

1. restart the gateway and try again

2. upgrade or uninstall and install the gateway

3. create a new gateway datasource, then try again
