Super UserHi. The content that helps user interact dynamically are Power Bi "Reports". You can drag date columns to create rage date slicers. In order to let them use the filter correctly, you can get all the data from the dates you want to users to be able to check. Import all that data so the user can play with the range in that delimited dates you have loaded.
Power Bi Dashboards (also called panel) can't use filters. The feature doesn't exists and I don't think it will.
